The Salem Health & Wellness Foundation is interested in talking with individuals who would be willing to serve on its Board of Trustees. Openings become available annually due to term limits. We have created a Position Description that describes the duties and responsibilities, general functions and minimum knowledge, skills, and experience required for our board members.

The Salem Health & Wellness Foundation is a public charity established in 2002 with the proceeds of the sale of a nonprofit hospital to a for-profit healthcare organization. The Foundation makes grants, provides financial assistance and engages in charitable health care purposes which support, assist and develop the health and wellness of residents of Salem County. Grants totaling $9.8 million have been distributed since January 2004.
